Once admission is confirmed the student should submit the attested hard copies of the following documents:
- CNIC
- Domicile
- All Educational Documents (Matric, FSc, BSc Degree and Transcript)
- Picture
- Valid Test Report
- Paid Fee Challan
- Application Form Copy
- Affidavit on Stamp paper (Click to download sample)
- PEC Registration (If Applicable)
- Migration Certificate (If previous degree from another university)
- NOC from Employer (If Employed)
- Two Photographs
Ph.D. students are required to submit the following additional documents:
- MSc Degree and Transcript
