The Computer Science Department at UET Mardan conducted a study trip to Lahore, offering enriching experiences for students. Led by faculty members, Mr. Shehzad Ahmad and Mr. Hamid Ullah. The trip aimed to provide insights into industry practices, cultural heritage, and community impact initiatives.

Lahore Trip (7th March to 10th March, 2024):
 Students from the 6th semester  embarked on a journey to Lahore, where they visited two prominent software houses:

At Minor Bugs Software House, located in Johar Town, students were warmly welcomed by the CEO, Muhammad Salman. They engaged in interactive sessions with industry experts, gaining insights into various aspects of game development processes and market dynamics

Pure Logics Software House: Students explored project management practices and quality assurance standards, reinforcing theoretical concepts with real-world applications.

Recreational and Historic Spots in Lahore:
Students also had the opportunity to explore Lahore's cultural heritage, visiting iconic landmarks such as the Walled City, Badshahi Mosque, Minar-e-Pakistan, and Lahore Fort, fostering cultural appreciation and social bonding.

The trip provided students with valuable insights into industry practices, cultural heritage, and community impact initiatives. These experiences fostered holistic development, enhancing students' understanding of real-world applications of theoretical concepts in computer science.
