The Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) conducted an interim visit to assess the B.Sc. Civil & Mechanical Engineering Programs at UET Mardan. The visitation team comprised of Engr. Prof. Dr. Muhammad Usman, Engr. Prof. Dr. Riffat Asim Pasha, seasoned experts, and Engr. Taha Ahmad Khan as the PEC representative.

Prof. Dr. Imran Khan, Vice-Chancellor of UET Mardan, welcomed the PEC delegation, highlighting the university's commitment to high academic standards and continuous improvement.

The PEC team meticulously evaluated the programs, focusing on curriculum, faculty qualifications, infrastructure, and the overall learning environment. Dr. Muhammad Alam and Dr. Asad, Chairmen of Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Departments, respectively, received appreciation for their efforts during inspections and meetings.

The interim visit underscores UET Mardan's dedication to producing graduates aligned with industry standards. The final report and recommendations from the PEC evaluation team will shape the future of the engineering programs, enhancing the quality of education offered.
